Cancellation Policy
As you may have noticed, my more time consuming and more expensive services require deposits. This is due to client no show’s and failure to reschedule in timely manners. I appreciate your trust in me as your esthetician and do my best to provide the best, so I need you all to help me trust you! I must have these rules in place to protect my work, i hope you all understand.
There will unfortunately be a 30% cancellation fee for any no shows or for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Meaning, subtract 30% from the total amount of the booked service, that is what you’re leaving with me. (Ex: “The Works” Facial: $150- 30%= $45. This is what will be charged to your card on file.)
You may reschedule with no penalty one time only, after that an additional deposit will be required as the original will be forfeited.
After 3 cancelations/ reschedule request, you will no longer be able to rebook and will be put on the waitlist.
